Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days from the date of your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, such as personalized items, or personal care products. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item. We also do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you received. Once the return has been accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Notwithstanding our general policy, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. In this case as well, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
